1. GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1 At Chloe Calgary Wear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please note that we do not offer free returns; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

1.2 If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return items within 30 days of receipt, provided the conditions outlined below are met.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

2.1 Returns must meet the following requirements:

  • Include all original parts, components, and packaging.

  • Items must be in their original condition; damage due to careless handling is not accepted.

  • Items where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.

2.2 We reserve the right to refuse returns that appear used, damaged, or not in their original condition.

2.3 Returns will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the items.

3. RETURN PROCESS

3.1 To initiate a return, please email us at:

3.2 Include the following information in your email:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the item (if damaged)

  • Full name of the customer

  • Customer address

3.3 We will provide you with the correct return address. Do not send returns to the sender. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. CANCELLATION

4.1 Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible as the order enters processing.

4.2 Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please wait until delivery and then return the items according to the return process above.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1 The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) receives the goods.

5.2 To exercise your right of withdrawal, email us a clear statement at info@chloecalgarywear.com. The withdrawal is complete when we receive the goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5.3 Please note that international shipping may take longer, and additional customs fees may apply. These are not reimbursed by the store.

6. DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

6.1 If you receive damaged or faulty items, contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue.

6.2 If the damage or fault is our responsibility, we will send replacements free of charge.

7. REFUNDS AFTER WITHDRAWAL

7.1 Once your return is received and verified, we will refund all payments excluding delivery costs within 14 days.

7.2 Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. No fees will be charged for the refund.

8. RETURN SHIPPING

8.1 All returns must be sent to the address provided by Chloe Calgary Wear.

8.2 Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect items.
